- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Customized, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Reasons for Return
- Defective or damaged items: We will cover all related shipping costs and provide a full refund or free replacement.
- Incorrect item shipped: We will cover return shipping and send the correct product at no extra cost.
- Change of mind / sizing issue: Returns are accepted at the customer’s expense for return shipping.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
