- How to Trim Your JASGOOD Ratchet Belt
- Measure: Wrap the belt and mark the length you want to cut off from the buckle end.
- Release Buckle: Lift the small release tab or latch on the back of the automatic buckle to unlock the belt strap.
- Cut: Pull the strap out, then use sharp scissors to cut off the excess length from the insert end.
- Reattach: Insert the freshly cut end back into the automatic buckle slot and push the latch down firmly to lock it.
- How to Replace a JASGOOD Ratchet Western Belt Buckle / Belt Strap
- Unlock: Lift the release tab on the back of the buckle to open the internal clamp.
- Remove: Pull the belt strap completely out of the buckle.
- Insert: Slide your new belt strap into the new buckle's slot with the teeth facing upward.
- Lock: Press the back latch down firmly to secure it in place.

- Unlock: Lift the release tab on the back of the western plaque buckle to open the internal clamp.
- Remove: Pull the leather belt strap completely out of the buckle.
- Insert: Slide your new leather belt strap into the new plaque buckle's slot with the teeth facing upward.
- Lock: Press the back latch down firmly to secure the strap in place.
