Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We offer free shipping for all items from Jasgood via Standard Shipping .We also offer express shipping but it's cost would be US$30 as the shipping cost price up because of COVID-19

Shipping Timing

Shipping timing depends on logistics you choose and your destination. It ususally takes 10 business days to deliver. Sometimes it‘s faster. If you cannot wait to see our items, you can choose our express shipping method.It usally takes 2-4 days to delivery. However, some items delivery from United States would costs less timing for customer from United States.

Shipping timing may be varies by destination. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period.

    Please refer to our returns policy. Besides, We cannot accept returned products that have been used or man-made damage. 
    You must report damage or missing items within 3 business days of receipt by contacting us at info@jasgood.com. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. In some cases, we may need a customer's help to confirm why this is happening. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.

    6.What happens if an item is on backorder?
    In rare cases, you have not received the products for more than 10 days. Please contact info@jasgood.com and we will deal with it immediately.

    8.Why did I pay for several days without a tracking number?
    Normally, we will send it out within 3 days, and the transport time will be 7-15 days.
